Ordering
You may place your order via MaiseyMae.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also submit an order via phone   Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Due to the personalization of the majority of our products, orders are shipped 2-3 weeks after receipt of your completed order. Non-personalized items typically ship in 1 week. If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rush fees may apply.

Since all orders are custom, Maisey Mae cannot guarantee the availability of our products, but we will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via email or phone.

Ordering Multiple Names and Special Requests
Ordering for twins or triplets? If you would like multiple names included in one bundle of burp cloths or bibs, (ie: Lyla, Sophie and a Preppy Pink & Green Flower in ONE bundle) or another special request please indicate "see notes" where you are asked to provide the baby's name. Then, on the PayPal order form you will find a "note" section. Please indicate the baby's names or special request in this section.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are as follows:

We send all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days to be delivered once it leaves our studio. When your order has shipped you will receive notification from the USPS via e-mail with a tracking number.

Gift Wrapping Services
Maisey Mae products make wonderful, talked-about gifts for baby showers, baby's arrival and all other special occasions and we believe that beautiful gift presentation is important. Please view our gift wrapping selection.

Return Policy
Maisey Mae Designs stands behind its products and will replace any item that proves defective under normal circumstances and appropriate care. If you ever have any problems with our products, please contact us immediately. Your request to return a product MUST be approved by Maisey Mae prior to being returned. Once approved, please return the item to Maisey Mae within 14 days. Ship prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Our Sibling tees are 100% combed cotton. To keep your Maisey Mae clothes looking fresh wash them inside out in cold water and tumble dry. Do NOT iron the screen-printed design. See below for detailed sizing information.

Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information collected at MaiseyMae.com will be kept strictly confidential. Maisey Mae will never sell, lease, loan or disclose your personal information including your name, email address or any other information you provide on our website. We feel strongly about protecting your privacy and appreciate your interest in our company. Maisey Mae uses your email address as the primary form of contact. However, certain situations may be better communicated via a personal phone call and we will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided.

Contact and Billing Information
Maisey Mae's order form requires customers to provide contact and billing information. We collect customer's contact information (name, address and email address) and financial information (credit card numbers) in a 128 bit encrypted and secure environment. This information is only used to send orders. Financial information collected is used to check the customer's qualifications and to bill the user for products and services.

Privacy of Our Email Lists
Maisey Mae maintains several email lists to keep customers informed about sales and new product announcements. We do not sell, rent, loan or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

Payment
For your security, all payments are process through PayPal. Maisey Mae never receives your credit card information. Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed.
