Once upon a time…
there was a woman in Cape Elizabeth, Maine who gave birth to her first amazingly beautiful baby. Along with Baby's first coos, smiles and giggles also came the inevitable messes that little ones create.

Because of her baby's infant reflux, she was going through several burp cloths a day. So into the nursery, bassinet, diaper bag, stroller and car the burp cloths went. How Mom wished that the several burp cloths she depended on daily were as adorable as all of Baby's other belongings. She searched and searched for a luxurious burp cloth that would hold up through many washings and still look great and feel soft against Baby's skin. To her surprise, she couldn't find one anywhere. So Mom decided to make her own. She bought a sewing machine, gathered the softest, most absorbent cotton diaper she could find, added colorful ribbon, embroidered designs, and began to sew...

Mom decided to share her idea with the world. So Maisey Mae was born...

Now, six years and 3 babies later, the Maisey Mae line has expanded along with Mom's family, Mom and looks forward to sharing her high quality, practical baby products for many years to come...
